It never rains - during load shedding.

In September '23 I was invited to get free rain mobile... so I did. It was wonderful. For about two months I had internet during loadshedding. And then it stopped. I go onto myrain app to ask about it and all I get is a robot giving me an option of four questions to ask - none of which applies to me. I would love to speak to a real person but that seems to be impossible.
