It never rains but pours

I have not received my sim swap sim card I lost on the 17 August. When I got an email on the 20 August I was told it would take 3-5 days to this day NO sim Card has arrived No INTERENET but I am still paying almost two weeks later after lodging for loss of sim card.Your service is very appauling to say the least When will the sim card be Delivered? I have sent numerous emails.

Yes I was not given tracking or any number.
