It never RAINS but it pours

It seems that only a review here gets some action. I had a 5g service with rain where for the month of November we had intermittent service and days of the tower is down. After 100 calls and exam online frustration we had to cancel. They however deducted the full month with a promise to refund. No refund received and full payment expected for the days we had no service. another 100 calls begging them to fetch the router before we travelled followed. Reference numbers for the escalation that just does not happen. How can companies get away with charging for a service they do not give id beyond me. Certainly no customer for life here.
