It Never Rain with Rain Internet

I app**** for the Rain and was so happy with the service that thy provided that I ask several people also to apply. Al seems Happy to have Rain.

But my happinesses turn in to Unhappiness very soon.

Rain router is coming out with a thatch screen, so it is so convenient you can see your strength and you can scan your device to work. The problem is The scanning work but not the Password. My computer can't use the QR conde or my Phone. So, I tried and tried to lock in as I need to learn from my computer. Nothing happens. The Password thy Provided me with don't want to work, what is nice to see on your device is a Please call me so I press the touch screen for a agent to phone me due to my device password don't work. Let me tell you, you can ask them 100 to phone you. Nothing happened. So Now I have a Rain Internet but can't use it. I phone in and I try with the consultant on the other line to put in the password. Firs I was mad "Why do she think I don't know how to put in a password is it because I'm almost 50. Nevertheless, I let it there and did do everything she ask. Still, it doesn't want to except my password. The lady said no problem, Mam will escalate to the technical department. 2 day's passes, internet is not cheap. I can press the call me on my device as much as i want nothing happened.

I call them again on the 23 at 15h00 and like always spoke to a consulted after 5min holding the line. I explain to her what is wrong, and she first want to do a personal check as I'm happy for. She swears up and down she is sorry for the inconvenient that thy cause me by not attending to my problem the first time, said she will sort it out.

Still can't connect to any device. But still have to pay that Amount at the end of the day even if i used the internet or not. I'm behind my assailment, And Still no one can Rain on me to get my Internet sorted.

I will not recommend Rain Internet, although the service of the consultants is very nice but that is just sugar Cotting on your problem.
