IT NEVER 'RAIN' IT POURS!

During the first month of lockdown I had taken a chance on this newbie internet provider Rain. Little did I know I was going to regret this decision for the next 5 months and counting. I signed up for the 4g R479 MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT. I highlight this because Rain doesn't comprehend the definition of this contract. I simply used their terribly slow internet for the first month and decided i wont be continuing in May. Thinking it was month to month I did not pay anything but then see they decide to take my money on their own without my permission. After several emails of requesting cancellation and 5 months later I am still being ****** by Rain every month. It just upsets me that during this difficult time with so much of strain on our economy, there are companies like Rain who think they can rob people who are trying to make a honest living and survive!!!
