It is still raining money from my account

t is still raining. Still no refund received for half a month where no service was received because the tower was down but wait for it full deduction done and an additional day billed even after the consultant says go on line we have immediate cancellation. I thankfully confirmed with an email. Begged for the router to be collected and now 25 calls 15 emails still no refund.

In addition they say client contacted privately and they never do!
