It is Sad that Rain makes us pay for something we don't even know or aware of.....they even don't communicate with their customers

I was using 4G for phones simcard which I was paying R299 per month, it happened that I experienced problems with network, I tried calling them they failed to assist up until I decided to cancel it during the month I got an SMS confirming that my rain simcard has been canceled.....Yesterday I got an SMS stating that they have given NuDebt Collections my personal information for what I don't know because rain it's not an contract thing...They debit the money then they send your data I'm confused why are they doing that......Today I logged in my Rain account only to find out that they say I owe them R1000 and something of rands....for what because I canceled in time and they didn't send me data Please clear my name!!!
