It is extremely frustrating....the support team is of no use I have not gotten a single call back ever since I've logged my first ticket 2 weeks ago... They do not give you a chance to change your payment date for to payment having to be made regardless of the fact that you weren't given an option to choose...I honestly am extremely disappointed and will advise everyone not to opt for rain their service is just disappointing
