It has been a good experience with Rain, until I had an issue recently for a week now of not connecting on internet while my connectivity is green good. I received help today from Akash to assist me with the issue and he tried to troubleshoot all the issues and the connectivity was all good I was able to browse the internet and continue with my work. He was friendly and helpful.
