It doesn't "Rain" in South Africa

What an absolute let down! This is one of those companies that are masters in marketing and advertising their products. Let's start off with receiving my Rain101 router beautiful device plugged it in and the setup was quick. First two or so days 5G all the way with internet speeds up 80 MB upload, I was impressed!

After two days that's when the fun started 4G with very weak speed and then all of a sudden no conection and that is the way it remained ever since (three weeks now). Please note I did check my area and signal is good according to Rains website. Numerous calls to Rain trying to resolve the problem trying to connect to this tower and that tower with no luck!

I know Rain will not close there doors because of my review or other reviews but for those reading these reviews please don't waste your time or fall for Rains marketing stunts and beautiful products because that's all it is.

The fact that they ***gy of other network towers make them unreliable and unstable, I'm also convinced that they have control on how you use your router as there is no indication on what the gig limits are on these Rain101 packages, they claim unlimited but I'm sure that is not true.

The rating of one star is too much if there was no stars I would have selected that option. Will be canceling Rain when I get a new ISP and will never choose them as an option again. Good luck Rain hope you guys solve your ISP problems.
