It does not rain here

I contacted rain on a monday.the agent was polite and efficient. I was assured that i would receive my wi fi in three to five days.the courier duly informed me that they received my package which would be delivered.by the fith day i had received nothing and no communicstion.upon enquiring i was informed that my surname was used twice thst is as both my first name and surname.i was assurd it would be corrected.i received a message that i must correct the mistake.i was told to download an app which i did and which would not let me in to correct snything.i was told short and sweet that they cannot correct their own mistakes and that it is my responsibility.i worked all my life and i cannot think of any situation where my mistake was put on a client to cor*******l i wanted was wi fi
