Issues with connection and Worst service
My husband (Khaya Mathebula ) and i decided to change to rain one, biggest regret.My husband has been calling only to be told the issue has been escalated and we will get a call back. They either do not call or call you and not say a word on the call (I take it the latter is to present some sort of false proof that they made the call) then send communication to say they tried to reach you and there was no response...we cannot work freely, youll be presenting a meeting and every minute youre losing connection, so annoying and quite disappointing. We have been loyal customers for the past 5 years, I guess they are tired of our money...any recommendations most welcome, we cannot carry on like this.

08 Mar 2025, 09:11It is now the 8th of March, we are sitting here with no internet or router at this stage as the courier company sent by rain delivered the wrong router with NO simcard( they took back the 101 pro and gave us an old router with no simcard so they basically left us with nothing but misery) . We called them to advise them of this and after numerous calls to them they confirmed and called to confirm that they made a mistake the correct router between 2 and 5 yesterday (the 7th of March),no further communication after that.weve been trying to contact them with no joy. All rain says I that the router is with the courier company and we should continue contacting them, so their courier company of choice must now become my problem...how about carrying enough to ensure the product safely gets to your customer on time. This has resulted in me not being to work the whole day yesterday and I cannot even catch up today and try to save my job.at this point I am defeated with rain and their courier company. No care in the world.
