Issues not resolved

Account ***8....again.

As per my first complaint on the 29th of June about this specific issue, our internet has still had these issues but not as frequent. For the last 2 nights, it has been absolutely pathetic. It took me about 20 mins to just get to the Hellopeter site and post this complaint. This is after Rain promised me that this is sorted out as there was an issue with the tower close to us.

I was debited today with the full amount for this contract and yet I still have issues. No apologies or anything.

Please could someone just sort this out. It can honestly not take this long.
