Issue still not sorted.

I has issues with my connection since the beginning and I need this to be resolved now. I had to spend the weekend elsewhere due to not having connectivity and needing to do some work. It doesn’t stay connected for more than 30mins. I was told I’m connected to a tower that is far from me and that this is being corrected but still no connection. This is really frustrating and I cannot keep calling and emailing with no resolution. Please resolve this. I work from home.
