Issue Resolved Thank You Rain

Last month I put a review on Rain and their service at the time I was not happy at all, I just want to thank Tanya from Rain for contacting me immediately and sending through my credit as requested. In the two years of being with them the only time I had issues with my internet has been in the last two months.

Thank You Rain for attending so quickly to my issues that is really good customer service and to the lady who assitted me on Friday I don't recall her name thank you for being so polite and understanding there should be more people like you.
