ISP Complaint

I have been with Rain ISP for over a year now and I have received nothing that has been so strongly promised. I am a University student I am in my 3rd year and I have online classes and exams. I have missed 4 exams due to your poor service and I have had to rewrite them and have marks deducted due to Rain not holding up their promise for "fast and reliable internet". This has been an downhill of frustration and regret. I want people to know that they are a thieving company and do not uphold promises. when I try to call rain to voice my issues and concerns with the internet, they either don't answer at all or I have to wait on the call nearly 4 hours for someone to pick and help me out, I have tried to call and email over a dozen times in the past 4 weeks and my call wont even go through because NO ONE answers. I honestly don't know what to do anymore because I have tried everything I possibly can try on my side but there is only so much I can do, I have tried changing and renewing , even resetting but still come up short.

I wont recommend this ISP to anyone I know or even my worst enemy This is a disgraceful service to my university which is which is out of my control.

I am not far off of the tower yet I still get absolute garbage for internet and Rain wont help me better or fix their Internet that I am paying for.
