Is so called data only network (rain.co.za) a ****?

This organization is behaving like a **** organization. After purchasing a sim card for R120, I discovered that there is no network access on the sim card. I tried for several days to get in touch with there customer care which was active during the purchase transaction, but after the purchase of the sim, there was no response from the customer care again. I couldn't get an answer from their customer care line of ********** 000. Also they did not respond to messages I left for the through the customer support email address: ********** It left me wondering if the much touted data only provider is a hype or ****.
