Is Rains 24 to 48 hour period different to my 24 to 48 hours?

I have been trying to Rica my rain sim for days but receiving no joy just messages telling me to wait for a call from agents......no support what so ever.I have sent several requests and emails but nothing seems to materialize just different REF numbers given each time.can someone please call me as my subscription is paid but i cannot use the service.
