Our download speed is so bad we cant work. It has been like this for a few days and even worse after an electricity outage today. The whole area Freeland Park Scottburgh KZN is virtually unable to use anything. Please can you see to it as soon as possible. I did report a problem a few months ago and was called and told it would be looked into. No one ever came back to me and nothing was ever done. Our livelihood depends on this. PLEASE HELP. Rain does not have a customer service department, no one can call them, they do not respond to any facebook complaints. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS
