IS RAIN AN ACTUAL COMPANY OR A **** ?
Ordered my Rain Loop device on Tuesday, promised to delivery by Thursday. I have been in contact via WhatsApp with 'Sam' and "Leila from retentions' Leila promised urgent delivery by end of business Friday. There is nothing. Its apparently been escalated to the CEO . Ive been promised a phone call in 5 minutes atleast 5 times and a call in 30 minutes 10 times. Every message reply from them im told its been escalated. Service is despicable. CCD Couriers have no record of a delivery for me eventhough I was told 28hours it is set for delivery.

29 Aug 2025, 19:42I was told 1 to 3 days. And that it was out for delivery on Wednesday by a courier named Ashwin. We organized delivery for Thursday. This is th issue. However when I contacted CCD they have no order for me so how can and order that was out for delivery and ai wad contacted by a courier not exist by the company he says he works for ?
