Is pouring s**tty service

Never thought I'll say this. But I have experienced the worst with rain costing me a lot money. I called the call center after I realized my debit didn't go through because my bank card was ******, they provided me with a link to pay through. I did pay, but still no internet for the past 3 days. I don't know how much I spent on buying airtime to call rain but no one is willing to help. All they say is will look at it. I've spoken to many agents already from South Africa and India no help. Can you connect my internet or cancel and refund me my money

good morning. can i please get assisted. i have called many times still no help. i have paid my bill still no internet connection. i sent proof, no one is saying anything. after all this years never thought rain could provide such bad service. can i kindly get my internet connected back or get my money back and find another service provider as RAIN is now costing me money. ***/ ***

You can help me by canceling my subscription. I don't want anything to do with rain anymore. I got a new supplier. You can come collect your box or find it by jhb depot

You can come get your device any day that doesn't change anything. Your service is crab and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
