Irritated Irated Ex client

I am soo frustrated and irritated with Rain, I cancelled February 2023 which I sent numerous communication to them with no response now they sending me sms of owing them, Rain is a monthly subscription which when I joined I was advised I pay for services I use just like airtime now when I cancel stories arise which numerous I requested recordings and sent them emails which they not answering, my name won't be dragged with patty debts under my name I will take this up with the ombudsman as I complained internal and they seem not to care now I'm tired this sms of me being headed we shall meet in caught for emotional distress please rectify this error within 7 day's or I will take action, basically we forced to be binded with rain even if we don't want that won't be me
