Irate Customer

I stopped using this wifi in March already according to my knowledge this was a month to month billing. you guys have billed me twice and quite frankly debited my account as well for God knows what please refund my money back and should I be owing anything I would give you authorisation to debit my account ,don't you debit my account without authorization this is *****. I want my money refunded and this account needs to be looked into because I have not been using your services for a few months now. why am I being billed for something I am not using? don't sell me something and not keep up to its word the only reason I took this was because it was a month to month payment. I knew it was temporary, you guys debited ove R1000 and then on top of that another R699 to my knowledge I owe you nothing because I didn't use any of your data or services ...please correct this immediately. I am very unhappy with your service right now as I received no communication for the past few months only to see that you debited my account after all this months. please this is ****************, I cannot trust that you'll even refund my money back and not try to withdraw it again. please remove all my details from your data base Now!!! i refuse to be paying something that I have not used. pathetic service
