Irate customer

I have cancelled my rain services in August 2024 and got confirmation of the cancelation, to my surprise today they debited my account. Usually my account was debited on the 1st.of.the month today is the. 3rd and they debited my account while the services were canceled. Can I please get my refund soonest today. RainSA is. Not taking its customers seriously I have been complaining about poor network issues and they didn't attend to them hence I stopped my services. Now I have to pay for services I don't even use/ have.
