Irate customer

If I could I would give them a less than 1,i ordered a sim card almost 3 weeks ago,it was delivered last week Tuesday,I've been waiting on rain to activate the sim card since then,I've logged almost 4 tickets all telling me to be patient someone will contact me in 24 hours,today i received an email saying the matter is resolved,yet the sim card on the app and their site is still "queued for delivery"
