******ion and double charge

I ordered from rain the high speed 5g of 100mb but they keep me on the 30mb even though I paid and ordered the 100. Then I phoned 22 times and they promised me to fix it and to sort it out. I have all of the recordings. I lost a lot of money cause I can't do my projects and at the same time now they want to ****** another payment from me for a speed up and want me to pay the 100 price on my billing date. So I will be sueing rain for ******ion false promises. False advertising and I will launch a formal complaint at the Ombudsman.
