Invoice Issues

I'm extremely disappointed at the service I have received from Rain recently. I just need assistance with my September Invoice as I'm unable to generate it from the website, it does not download at all. I've spoken to so many consultants some even rude & impatient; and not helpful as they all keep telling me that my matter is being escalated to the Billing Department. They refuse to email it to *** why???? I'm sitting in November and I don't know if I will ever get my September invoice........

Good Day

Please help with the September Invoice guys. I still have not received it. I'm unable to download it on the website as it's not downloading at all. Your Call Centre Agents are not helpful at all. Am I ever gonna get my invoice??? :(
