Rain is a month to month contract but they gave me extension without informing me, and after they said i must pay R500 and i was on R250 contract, they said they gave me extension without payment without my concern.

I did not pay cause i could not afford that month and thats the reason i took month to month. You where supposed to cut my service if i didn't pay not to extend the service without payment and at the end im owing R500 which I don't have.
