intrustworthy false advertising.

Their sales person has change my plan from 60mbs to 30mbs after noticing it in i have phoned them they have advised me to send the router and sims back which i did, and i am using my old sim and router but they never changed my plan back, i have send numerous emails and phonecalls, i am considering moving to a more competent trust worthy suplier as they only want to make sales and then also false advertising, as that is why i have taken my simcards according to their email send.to receive x2 sims on my current plan, so now they have moved me to rainone without my consent,
