INTERNET SUSPENDED

I have an occurrinbg problem with Rain for the past few months and if Im not mistaken, they said that this will not happen again. However, here I am again without internet as my account has been suspended again even though I made a payment.

Tried to contact the Call Centre who is always useless, but this time around I had to find out that they were unavialable which means I will have to go the night without internet connection.
