Internet speeds are pathetic

I cannot believe the pathetic service received from this provider. Their doors should be shut and they should not be allowed to operate. I've only had 5g for a week and its the worst ever with rain. You might as well be on 3g. No one gets back to you. All they do is close your complaint tickets.
