Internet speed below 1mbps, terrible customer service!

This is the worst most ******** service! I signed up for rain last year June, the first few month the service was substantially okay, I'm not one to complain so I just let it be in terms of connection issues. It came to a point now that you cannot do anything, not able to watch anything online, downloading takes forever. Even sending a simple whatsapp message, takes time to send through. Customer service is absolutely shocking, no respect for the client, when asked questions I get told "it is what it is" no truth behind their terms and condition policy, eveything is always changing without letting their clients know about their updates. I would definitely not recommend, debit orders going off left right and center all the time with random amounts not relating to the standard month to month 4G unlimited contract. When you call or email support, different stories are promised . 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
