Internet speed 100 times less

Dear Rain, download speed is terrible. Tu our support team is not getting back to me. I'm paying for a service that is unusable. You advertise internet speed of up to 10Mbps. My internet speed test shows 0,1Mbps. That is 100th of what you are supposed to deliver. What if instead of paying R958,00 I pay you R9,58 for this absolutely *** service delivery!
