Internet service provider support staff do not know what a LAN cable is... Plus 7+ days average repairs turn around time.

The average turn around time on resolving ALL network issues is about 7 days...

Support staff fallow mortifyingly generic scripts that almost do not even make sense and what's worse - the staff at are not at all trained in network/IT fields. One call center agent clearly did not even know what a LAN cable was and several times, even referred to a UPS as a "US" and a "UP" while umming and ahhing about how to answer the question.

Call center merely escalate issues that require onsite technicians and then you don't hear from anyone for at least 3 days! When you asked for any ETR or ANY feedback whatsoever, you are told to wait "SOME TIME" while being dished an incredibly scripted apology about the "inconvenience". Of course, they do not have any idea when it will be resolved or any estimate on a repair date. NOTHING. They know nothing except for telling you to turn your router off an on again... I mean...

Ok... Rain's private response is pasted below. Now I ask - What on earth does the advice you just provided have ANYTHING to do with my issue?

"Hi MD DR,

Kindly follow the steps provided below.

Log onto your router dashboard 192.168.8.1

Select Internet Tab

Select Network Tab

Set Network Mode to Auto

Click on Apply

Then click on Systems

Scroll down to Lock Frequency

Select Lock SA

Click on Apply

Scroll up to and select Restart

Your Network type should now show ‘’SA’’ and not ‘’NSA’’. "

I waited 5 days for ANY feedback on when the promised "technicians" would be coming to my property to fix the router on the roof. All we were told is "it has been escalled", "wait some time". Only to get a call back today saying that it was never escalated to technicians. The person told me that they would escalate it to technicians now but it will take 3 to 5 freaking days. RAIN YOUR ****.
