**** Internet Service Provider

It it was even possible, I would rate Rain a -5

This is the worst Internet Service Provider I have ever used, I thought Telkom was bad, but Rain takes the cup of poor ISP's.

I am on the 10Mbps package, which I pay R475, but I am truly not getting my money's worth, the line speed when I constantly run a speed test, do not even go reach 1Mbps (what ****ery is this?)

The problem started a week ago though, it had been running almost smoothly, I truly don't know if this is their way of getting us to move to 5G, which I am not interested in.

They must come correct or prepare to lose a lot of customers, because there are a lot of complaints about this ISP.

Get your **** together guys, we are paying.
