INTERNET SERVICE OFF.... AGAIN...

Dear Rain, Its me again. One day after my debit order went off, so did my connectivity. I spoke to one of your technical guys, who gave me some support - but couldn't figure out what was wrong.. I emailed him three times today, without any luck or any response back. Do you guys have support at all? Do you know how this works? You take my money, then you are supposed to deliver a service.... It's more than 24 hours later, and I still don't have internet. I expect someone to contact me ASAP. And I also expect service for my hard earned money that you guys just take. We can't keep having these issues every second week. Come on guys, shape up.
