Internet service disconnected while payment was made.
Rain internet service is bad, they debited full amount from my account yesterday but still disconnected my service,I emailed all proof of payments from February till April but they said my account is overdue.when you calling their call center,you always reach agents in India, Phillipines and Singapore who are very unhelpful and unprofessional I'm very disappointed in rain.
