**** internet providers

I reported last week that our internet was down we had a total of 5 days without internet but I paid then it worked now for 4 days now the tower is off again we going on day 2 now

Please explain to me why we get billed if we don't get service and please don't respond saying you will get back to me because your team never calls they just switch you off
