Internet off for 3 days!
My internet is off for 3 days already! I logged numerous calls even called to ur call centre, but to no avail! You guys are ridiculous! I lost 2 days of work now and you guys don’t care!

03 Nov 2020, 19:29My internet is still off and no one called me! I called in and after 2 days and wasting so much money on airtime my issue is still not resolved! Why is my internet off when you took my money! I lost 2 days now of work! Get one of your technicians to look into this because I’m not wasting more time talking to an agent that tell me I must put my rooter in the sun! Fix my internet or give my money back! Simple as that! I’m not struggling for another day without internet
