Please can you tell me as to why i don't have internet again? I was promised for a dasher to come out to me last month yet I'm still waiting. My account is up to date but i don't have internet i need this internet for my work but it not working please advise what must i do to get Rain to provide me with internet that I'm paying for

So yesterday at 10:01 i was promised that somebody will assist me due to the fact that i must pay for a WiFi connection that is more down than on and yet still I'm waiting. I'm working online and work can not be done due to the fact that I'm not getting the service that I'm paying for. Please advise if Rain will cover my costs that I'm losing due to the fact that no work no pay and that extra money has to be spent on extra data
