Internet not working since the 1st of February still today I haven't got any help from rain

Good day,I've been experiencing internet problems since on the 1st of February 2024 with my rain internet, I called the company more than 10 times now which always I'm been given a new reference number my internet is not working since the 1st of February 2024 and my account was debited already on the 1st I was promised that a technician will be send still today no.one called me nothing has been done I requested for a refund and cancelation still I was told that relevant department will contact me regarding the cancelation but still today no one from rain has contacted me it's almost 2 weeks since my router stopped working, nothing has been done

I have to use my own money again to buy data as I use this inter for work Rain services are very poor
