Internet not working as usual

Every other day is the same story, no network. When will this nightmare and ******* end? Please don't tell me about loadshedding, I don't have a back up or generator so my router is only on when my electricity is not being shed by loadshedding. The last response was about how rain is not responsible liable for the network not working during loadshedding.

No guys your network is just terrible. Please fix it, we haven't had wifi for almost 2days in Diepkloof. It's unacceptable because the money for the service gets deducted by you guys with no hassle or delays.

Do better and stop replying anonymously to make it seem like the matter has been resolved when in actual fact there's nothing at all being done about it.

People should really not ever subscribe to your services because the incompetence is shocking at best
