My internet has not been working since yesterday, can you please check what is wrong and pass a credit

Hi i just want to know did you guys pass the credit for the days the internet was not working? coz it only came back on sunday on the 10th.

My internet is not working again since yesterday after 4 pm up until now. This is not acceptable now i have to spend more money on data in order for me to work. What is the point of having you guys if I'm gone end up buying data???
