Internet Issues/ No Internet

Hi Rain

Please note that I have been getting the following message for the past week an Half after 7pm "No Signal, Please try again or watch other Channels" and my phones and Laptop keep on getting an error message says "Connected Withou Internet". I have reported this matter and no one has assisted in this regard.

This is causing financial harm to my business and threat to my employee as I can't finish my pay roll or do some work when I get home. Can some please look into this matter as previously I had a similar situation with Rain were it affected my business so badly as it took them 16 days to resolve my query and costed me over R8 000.

If this will be the case of Rain taking more than Two Week to resolve queries, they do not deserve to be the Internet host for any household,

I hope this can be resolve in a reasonable time, if not please come and take your device and please refund me my money so that I can find the better Internet service provider.
