Internet issue with no assistance 😡😡😡

Internet has been off for 4 days now. When I call them they don't have a ETR for the issue. I use this network to work from home, my employer expects me to be able to do my work for me to get paid. Rain can't offer any assistance or solution to this issue, while I pay in full every month or else they cut the internet.

Tower has been affected for a week now. How could this be? 4g network is not helping at all. We're a week further and this issue is not resolved.
