Internet is terrible
What I’ve found in your interest lately is the fact that it works perfectly fine at the night but during the day it’s absolutely horrible and it’s messed up cause it wasn’t always like this. I’ve been a RAIN customer for over a year now and I wouldn’t have stayed if I knew this was the service I was going to end up getting. I’m quite appalled by this I won’t even lie. I will not continue my subscription going forward.

Why did you ask for my address and then do absolutely nothing about it ? No follow up whatsoever. If you must know, the time is 02h26 in the morning and I’m still struggling with your internet. As I previously said before , NONE of this happened in the past hence I stuck around and have been using RAIN for more than a year. I think you underestimate the review of one client cause you happen to think that “what’s one bad review in comparison to everyone else who’s doing jus fine..” but what you don’t realize is, who’s actually behind that review and writing it. In all honesty, I’m shocked with this service I’m receiving after being such a loyal customer to RAIN.
I’m not sure if In the beginning you offered everyone who’s new an amazing service then further down the line you turn their backs on them. I’m not sure if you were prepared for the influx of customers you would receive and attend to each matter individual if any ever do surface. Two/three days later and I’m still stuck with the same issue. I can’t even opt to do my work during the day and now it seems like night time is an issue too.
