INTERNET DISCONNECTED AFTER PAYMENT

I am on a month to month contract with rain - I did not pay on the 1st of Jan 2024 then my services where suspended - I paid on the 26 of Jan for the month of feb but my services where suspended on the 1st Feb 2024 - When I called they are saying I made payment for Jan - I asked how so and it means I made payment of R529 for 5 days... And wen I purchased rain they said if the dont receive payment they suspend internet and there is no back pay requested because the service will be was suspended but now they suspended it and when I did not take what the consultant was saying and asked for an escalation - she refused saying I dont have grounds to request an escalation - the company has policy I take it the policy says they should decide if a customer has a right to excalate or not -she even refused to disclose her name and hung up on me.
