Internet disconnected after paying outstanding balance

Guys rain network service it's getting worse by day ,what is really happening, I quarried about you guys cutting my network, I was told that I was owing for one month I didn't pay upfront for which I didn't understand, but fine I was told instead of r566 I need to pay r1199 ,I paid r599 on the 23rd Jan and today r599 but still they cut the internet, and it shows I have no outstanding, I can only pay upfront
