Internet cut off after debit order

Rain took R739 from my account on the 25th January 2023 and 2 days later, they cut my internet. I have tried contacting them on all social media platforms but get no response and have called their useless number which never gets answered. I have been without internet for days now yet I paid… how is that fair??? I paid a lot of money for something I’m not even using TF Rain!
