Internet cut despite being paid for on time

I am using Loop device which is unlimited data when I am within my loop zone which is my home address. Then get 10 Gig when I'm outside my loopzone. I pay my bill on the 25th of every month. But for whatever reason rain deactivated my unlimited data within my loopzone, the customer service tells me that it's depleted; how does UNLIMITED gets depleted? The meaning of unlimited is exactly that it doesn't finish. Mind you I paid for this wifi. That is not working. If anyone knows a better service provider please recommend because Rain and their **** ways are giving me headache and I can't fight them each and every month for things that doesn't make sense. Unlimited data is depleted, what nonsense is that? If I can't have Internet they might as well refund me my money at this point
